Contestants must use graphics cards with appointed chip set. There is no brand limitation. |

Competition entry period is October 1 through December
31 2009. |

Persons employed by or in a similar relation to
GIGABYTE Technology, their subsidiaries or to companies
participating on the preparation and |

organization
of the whole Competition as well as members of their
families, are nonetheless excluded from participation. |

Competition entries must conform to the Competition
instructions. GIGABYTE Technology shall evaluate
only such entries that fulfill all criteria described

by
GIGABYTE Technology. No inaccuracies in form or
format can be accepted and will not be tolerated. |

By participating in the Competition you hereby guarantee,
that you have created the entry by yourself and

their way to higher scores and disadvantage those
who play fair. We try to be as clear and strict

the motivation behind the cheating, we will |

ban the individual from future competitions. |
